Around the holidays, many of us look for ways we can give back to our communities, and for good reason. For those less fortunate, the holidays can be a struggle to get through. Let alone a lack of presents under the tree, some families do without basic items they need to live their daily lives. Thankfully, Helping Hands is a charity works hard to help provide for families who are doing without, and as a Chicago moving company, we at Boyer-Rosene are happy to help.
For seven years, we have offered our help the best way a moving company in Chicago can—by providing boxes and moving supplies to Helping Hands so that their donations can be delivered safely to the recipients.
We at Boyer-Rosene are no strangers to the need for boxes and secure packing materials to help ensure belongings arrive safely.
Each year, we are proud to donate our help as Chicago movers to Helping Hands. We’re a company that’s not just looking out for our bottom line. We know that we have a responsibility to our community, and we look for meaningful ways to help where we can. We believe that it’s important to give back to enrich the community.
Helping Hands works hard each year to deliver goods to 60-80 families during the winter. In each family’s box are household goods and food. Though delivered very locally, these boxes help a great number of people, and at Boyer-Rosene, we are proud to be a part of the movement.
Contributing to the Community as a Moving Company in Chicago
Boyer-Rosene works hard throughout the year to provide excellent customer service to all of our moving clients. But frankly, that’s not enough for us. We want to help our communities, and each year, we donate more than 100 boxes to Helping Hands to help complete their mission of delivering these goods.
We’ve been contributing to this cause for seven years, and 2016 is no exception. This year, we we’ve donated 130 boxes to Helping Hands to help complete the goal of divvying donated goods among community members. We believe that no family should go without, and we do our part in ensuring these donated goods can be delivered to the families who need them most.
As one of the most reliable Chicago moving companies, we are always looking for ways to give back to our community, and we will continue doing so proudly.
